Sweet Surrender Fudge is a much loved part of our
Sweet Victory Confectionery range.
At Victory Farm, nestled between the honeyed hills
and salty sea breezes of the Isle of Man, fudge isn’t made,
it’s crafted. With mischief, muscle, and a splash of magic.
It begins at the crack of dawn, when Harriet, our fearless fudge matron, marches into the dairy barn in her victory roll and apron, rallying the cows like a general preparing for battle. “Cream, girls! And make it thick — none of that skimmed nonsense!”
The milk is churned and thickened into golden clotted cream, while Annabelle collects honeycomb from the beehives, guarded by rather judgemental bees and one overly dramatic goose named Mildred.
Meanwhile, Duncan stirs the copper pan with all the solemnity of a fudge monk, because timing is everything and he once stirred too soon, resulting in a fudge so chewy it pulled out Grandpa's dentures.
Over by the stove, little Imogen sings to the sugar. “It melts nicer when it’s sung to,” she insists and who’s going to argue with that when the result is a melt-in-the-mouth masterpiece?
Once boiled, beaten, and blessed (usually with a shout of “Hold your aprons, it’s setting!”), the fudge is poured into trays lined with brown paper and family secrets. It's then sliced, wrapped, and inspected by our Chief of Quality Control, a cat named Kipper, who steals exactly one piece per batch. For, as he says, “If it’s good enough for me, it’s good enough for the public.”
And that’s how Sweet Surrender Fudge is born: full of clotted cream, sea salt, and the kind of rural chaos that tastes like nostalgia wrapped in butter.

Irish Sea Salt
Where the waves kiss the fudge (and so might you)!
Harvested from the blustery edge of the Irish Sea and smuggled inland to our Victory Farm kitchen, this fudge is a seaside scandal in a sweet little square. Buttery, melt-in-your-mouth goodness meets a daring dash of sea salt like a sailor with a soft side.
Crafted the old-fashioned way (with pots, wooden spoons, and multiple tea breaks), it’s got just enough crunch to keep things interesting and just enough cream to keep things dreamy.
Caution: May spark urges to build sandcastles or hoard the stash under your bed.
Victory Tip: Serve with a mug of tea and a face that says, “This isn’t for sharing.”

Golden chunks of honeycomb tumbled into rich, creamy fudge, this is what happens when sweet meets crunch, and decides to cause a scene.
It’s smooth, it’s snappy, and it’s got more buzz than a gossiping beekeeper.
Lovingly stirred in our Victory Farm kitchen (with a few accidental taste tests along the way). It’s a bite of sunshine, on a rainy day and the ultimate excuse to skip dinner and go straight to pudding.

Our Vanilla Clotted Cream Fudge is a proper boost for the home front crafted with rich clotted cream, real vanilla, and the kind of buttery smoothness that could stop a spitfire in mid-air.
Hand-stirred in the Victory Farm kitchen with no shortcuts and plenty of pluck, it’s the sweet taste of simpler times, when neighbours shared sugar, tea was sacred. When a good piece of fudge could fix just about anything.
Austerity-approved?
Not quite.
Worth every crumb? Absolutely!
Victory Tip: Hide it in the biscuit tin marked “lentils.” The children won’t look there.
