I've always believed the most interesting ingredients have stories to tell.

Over the years I've searched for botanicals, herbs and spices from some remarkable corners of the world, filling notebooks with ideas and bringing home ingredients that deserved a place in something special.

The Manx Apothecary Tea Collection is my way of sharing those discoveries.

​

Each blend is carefully selected, thoughtfully balanced and blended here on the Isle of Man, inspired by old apothecaries, traditional herbals and the simple pleasure of a proper cup of tea.
