Inspired by coastal tradition and crafted in small batches, this is bold, creamy Manx fudge with a perfectly balanced sweet-salt bite.Hand-cut caramel, slow-cooked to a deep golden hush, finished with a generous scattering of Salt Co Irish Sea Salt harvested from the Irish Sea itself.
