This weekend, roast up some of those new potatoes you lovingly grew (or at least remembered to water), toss with herbs, olive oil, and a smug sense of pride. Add grilled courgettes, a fried egg or two, and a big slab of bread for mopping. Simple. Sensational. Slightly smug.
