There’s something rather special about standing at the edge of a new year and peering forward. Not rushing, not promising the impossible, just opening the gate and seeing what wants to wander in.

As we look toward 2026, we’re getting ready to welcome a whole host of new things into the Victory Farm family. Some edible. Some collectible. All made with the same care, curiosity, and character that’s brought us this far.

More Vinegars, More Stories

Our vinegar range is growing, and not just in number. We’ve been quietly experimenting with new flavours, deeper infusions, and bolder pairings. Think rich fruits, herb-led blends, and vinegars that do more than just dress a salad.

Each one is being developed slowly, tasted often, and tested in real kitchens. These are vinegars made to be used, shared, and talked about over supper.

Fudge, in All Its Glorious Forms

Fudge remains very close to our hearts, and in 2026 it’s getting even more attention. New flavours are on the way, alongside limited runs that appear briefly and disappear just as quickly.

There will be familiar favourites, unexpected twists, and the same unapologetic richness that makes fudge feel like a small act of rebellion against restraint.

Kipper Gets Company

Kipper has been trotting happily along with many of you, and in 2026 he’s branching out. A new Kipper key ring is on its way, ready to clip onto bags, keys, and adventures of all kinds.

But he won’t be travelling alone for long.

Joining him will be a cast of legendary companions:

• The Buggane, bold and unmistakable

• Moddey Dhoo, dark, mysterious, and watchful

• The Loaghtan Sheep, full of character and entirely convinced it’s in charge

Each one brings its own personality, story, and unmistakable presence. Together, they’ll form a little pocket-sized gathering of Manx folklore, ready to go wherever you do.

Made the Same Way, Just More of It

As the range grows, the heart of what we do stays the same. Small batches. Thoughtful design. A sense of place woven through everything. Whether it’s something you taste or something you carry, it should feel like it belongs.

2026 isn’t about becoming bigger for the sake of it. It’s about becoming richer. In flavour. In story. In joy.
